Q: How long will it take to complete my logo?

You will receive initial designs within 1 business day once your order has been submitted and payment has been processed.

After that its a matter of how many revisions we work on together until the logo has been finalized. Sometimes we nail it on the first shot but more often its a process that takes time.

On average, it generally takes about 1-3 weeks to develop the logo as long as there are regular and consistent correspondence between you and your designer.

Q: How many logos will I receive?

You will receive a maximum of 15 drafts with 4 logos per draft. Not to worry, if you need more drafts we can definitely accommodate more designs. After the 15th draft, your project will be prorated at a rate of $50/hr.

Q: What kind of files will I receive once the design has been finalized?

Once the logo has been finalized, you will receive a digital packet of files containing

   1. .ai

   2. .eps

   3. .png

   4. .jpg

Along with that you will receive a logo specifications file containing all the information that makes up your logo. In addition you may need your logo resized in the future... simply let us know the size and format and we can send you the logo resized and formatted free of charge.

Absolutely, in fact we take great pride and careful attention to ensure that every label and packaging design we create is compliant in the State/County you will be operating in.

As the laws and regulations continue to change and evolve, we do our best at keeping up to date and providing top quality and compliant products. If theres something we need to add last minute to make your label compliant, no problem we'll take care of it for you.

Although the turnaround time for logos, labels and marketing material vary from project to project, you can be guaranteed that you will receive initial designs within 1 business day of the project being submitted and the payment being processed.

Once the design has been approved and finalized, printing and shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks to reach your door depending on the order size and type.

Yes, all of our websites that we build will be responsive for mobile devices meaning the layout and appearance will adjust accordingly to whatever browser size its being viewed on.

On average, it generally takes about 2-3 weeks to get your website designed, built and presented to you. We'll then go over revisions together until the website is complete.

All of our websites come with built in security through its code and Genesis Framework that we use.

Once the website has been completed and finalized, we will make a backup copy of the website. In the event that the website does crash for whatever reason, you will have your backup copy ready to go and get you back up and running.
